Bookings

All bookings for Kilcully Campsite are handled online through our website and confirmed by email.
We don’t take bookings by phone — everything is managed through our dedicated email system at bookings@kilcully.com.

  1. Check Availability:
    Visit our Bookings Calendar (Google Calendar link) to view available dates for all facilities.
    The calendar shows current reservations for the campsite, bunk house, campers kitchens and meeting spaces. Note multiple camping bookings are possible
  2. Submit an Enquiry:
    Complete the Booking Enquiry Form on this page, providing details of your group, preferred dates, and facilities required.
  3. Booking Confirmation:
    A member of the Kilcully Campsite team will review your request and confirm availability by email.
    Your booking will be held temporarily (14 days )until the deposit payment is received.
  • Scout and Guide Groups: 20% deposit required to confirm booking.
  • Other Youth or School Groups: 30% deposit required to confirm booking.
    All deposits are non-refundable.
  • Once you confirm you want to progress the booking, payment of the deposit needs to be made within 14 days or the booking will have lapsed.

Payment instructions will be included in your confirmation email.
Deposits and balances can be paid by bank transfer — details provided once your booking is accepted.

Please Note: bookings are not fully confirmed until payment is received and your confirmation email has been issued.

  • Check availability early — weekends and peak season dates fill quickly.
  • Include all facilities you’ll require in your enquiry (camping, bunk house, meeting rooms, etc.).
  • Let us know if you’ll need marquee hire or Campers’ Kitchens for your group.
  • All groups must comply with our site Terms & Conditions.
